Brian Richards - Bass Guitar and Vocals
Brian is a life-long resident of upstate New York, residing now in the Saratoga Springs area. It has been 30 years since he picked up a bass guitar for the first time. Brian started with basic blues progressions and built his technique from there. It was only 3 months from that time that he started until he was performing with his first band, Senseless Destruction. Brian continues to perform while taking lessons and learning music theory and chord progressions. Throughout the years, Brian has played in several Capital District bands, Roxalt, JP's Roadhouse, Evolution, and Free Wheelin' to mention a few.
Brian was heavily influenced by the songs of the 60's and particularly British Rock. In the beginning of 2022 he advertised for musicians to start a "British Invasion Band" This is when he met Dale for the first time. Dale auditioned for the lead vocals. Together, throughout the year they attempted to find the right musicians to put the band together but it wasn't in the cards at that time. Brian went on to do some recordings and other projects always wanting to do the British Invasion music. Brian joined "British Vinyl" in October of 2024 and began preparing the 2025 shows with the band.
